FFL TRANSFERS

Let Us Help You With Incoming And Outgoing Transfers.

Federal Firearms License, gun transfers refer to the legal process of transferring firearms between federally licensed firearms dealers and individuals. When an individual wishes to purchase a firearm from a licensed dealer, they must go through the FFL transfer process to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. The transaction is conducted through the dealer.  Customers complete a background check, and once approved, the firearm is transferred from the dealer to the buyer after the completion of required paperwork. This process helps regulate and monitor the sale of firearms, promoting responsible ownership and ensuring that purchasers meet certain legal criteria. FFL gun transfers are an integral part of maintaining the balance between individual gun ownership rights and public safety.
